Modern medicine is also shaping the usage of modern technologies. MedVideo is an innovative product that enables to access the recordings from the surgical procedures to the surgeons and teachers via audio and video broadcast on the Internet. It is also possible to record these events for the archival and the analytic purposes or for the sake of education.
Broadcast of the surgical procedures or the viewing of the archive is accessible via the standard internet browser interface like MS Explorer on Windows, Firefox or Safari on Apple Macintosh.
In the basic configuration, it is possible to connect up to 3 cameras and also the external output from the operation microscope and other devices into the video signal that is being broadcasted and recorded.
